F.I.T. Guarantee (Full Protection Guarantee)
Thank you for choosing our windshield protection product. We stand behind the quality and durability of our product, and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.
Guarantee Coverage:
For a period of one year from the date of delivery, we guarantee that if your windshield breaks while using our product under normal operating conditions, we will take one of the following actions:
- Deductible Payment: We will cover the deductible amount for your windshield repair or replacement up to $5,000.
- Windshield Replacement: If the damage is not repairable, we will replace your windshield at no additional cost to you, up to a maximum of $5,000.
Terms and Conditions:
- This guarantee is valid for one year from the date of delivery.
- The product must have been installed and used according to the provided instructions.
- Proof of proper installation must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase is required for all guarantee claims.
- Claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of the windshield damage occurring.
- This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
- Proof that exclusions were met must be provided to get the warranty covered.
- The warranty only covers windshield breaks that occur under normal operating conditions while using the cover.
- The total coverage amount is limited to a maximum of $5,000.
- The warranty cannot be canceled for a prorated refund if the unit is sold.
- There are no discounts on the warranty if multiple covers are purchased; each warranty is per individual item.
- Once approved, reimbursement for a warranty claim may take up to 14 business days.
Exclusions:
This guarantee does not cover the following:

Pre-existing Damage:
- Any damage that existed prior to the installation of the windshield protection product, including cracks, chips, and structural weaknesses. Proof of pre-existing condition may include photographs or inspection reports.

Improper Installation:
- Damage resulting from the improper installation of the windshield protection product by the customer or an unauthorized installer. This includes incorrect placement, improper adhesion, or failure to follow installation instructions. Proof of installation by a professional or proper self-installation documentation is required.

Misuse or Neglect:
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect of the product, such as using abrasive cleaners, failing to maintain the windshield properly, or using the product in a manner not intended by the manufacturer. Documentation showing adherence to maintenance guidelines may be required.

Accidents:
- Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, or other incidents unrelated to the performance of the product, including vehicle accidents and impacts with foreign objects. Police reports or insurance claims may be required as proof.

Vandalism:
- Damage caused by acts of vandalism, theft, or intentional harm, such as scratches, graffiti, or deliberate breakage. Police reports or insurance claims may be required as proof.

Natural Disasters:
- Damage resulting from natural disasters, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, hailstorms, and other severe weather conditions. Weather reports or insurance claims may be required as proof.

Normal Wear and Tear:
- Any damage or deterioration due to normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, chips, surface abrasions, and other cosmetic issues that do not affect the structural integrity of the windshield. Evidence of normal usage and wear may be required.

Unauthorized Repairs:
- Damage resulting from repairs, modifications, or alterations made by anyone other than an authorized service provider. This includes the use of unauthorized materials or methods. Documentation of authorized repairs may be required.

Non-Original Purchaser:
- Coverage is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty claims.

Commercial Use:
- Any use of the product for commercial purposes if it is intended for personal use. This includes use in commercial fleets, rental vehicles, or other commercial applications. Documentation of personal use may be required.

Consequential Damages:
- Indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of use, loss of vehicle value, or inconvenience caused by the windshield damage or the time taken to repair or replace the windshield.

Acts of God:
- Damage caused by acts of God or other events beyond the control of the manufacturer, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, and other unforeseeable events.
Proof of Installation:
To validate this guarantee, proof of proper installation must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the product. Acceptable forms of proof include:
- A dated receipt or invoice from a professional installer.
- Photographs or video demonstrating the proper installation process.
Proof of Exclusions:
To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof that the exclusions listed above were met. Acceptable forms of proof include, but are not limited to:
- Photographs or videos of the damage and surrounding area.
- Police reports, insurance claims, or other official documentation.
- Maintenance records or logs showing adherence to maintenance guidelines.
- Weather reports or other documentation of natural disasters.
- Receipts or invoices for authorized repairs.
Reimbursement Timeframe:
Once a warranty claim is approved, reimbursement may take up to 14 business days to process.
